By accessing and using the Gallerixes website (gallerixes.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Gallerixes provides digital art reproduction files (TIFF format) of historical artworks for personal and commercial use. Our products are digital downloads — no physical items are shipped. Each purchase includes a license for the use of the digital files as described in Section 6 (Licensing).

3. Account & Payments

• •All payments are processed through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
• •Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing may be offered at our discretion.
• •You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Failed transactions due to incorrect details are not our responsibility.
• •All prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

4. Digital Downloads

• •Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link via email and/or on-screen confirmation.
• •Download links are time-limited and expire after 72 hours. If your link expires before you complete the download, please contact us for a replacement.
• •File sizes can be large (200MB–1GB+). A stable internet connection is recommended.
• •You are responsible for backing up your purchased files after download. We cannot guarantee re-access after the download period.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final once a download has been initiated. We cannot offer refunds for purchases where the file has been successfully downloaded. However, we will provide a replacement download link at no additional cost if you experience technical difficulties (corrupted files, incomplete downloads, etc.). If you have concerns about a purchase, please contact us before downloading.

6. Licensing & Usage Rights

Your purchase includes the following rights:

• ✓Personal use — printing for home or office display, digital viewing, personal projects
• ✓Commercial use — merchandise, prints for resale, interior design, editorial publications, websites, advertising
• ✓Modification — cropping, resizing, color adjustments, and other reasonable modifications for your intended use

The following restrictions apply:

• ✗You may not redistribute or resell the original digital files as-is
• ✗You may not use the files in a competing digital art reproduction service
• ✗You may not claim to be the creator of the original artwork
• ✗The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable

7. Intellectual Property

The original artworks reproduced in our collection are predominantly in the public domain. Gallerixes' digital reproductions represent our investment in high-quality digitization, color calibration, and processing. The Gallerixes brand name, logo, website design, and associated marketing materials are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our digital reproductions are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for the highest quality, we make no guarantee that the digital files will perfectly match the appearance of the original artworks when viewed on different displays or printed on different media. Color reproduction may vary depending on your monitor calibration, printer, and media type.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gallerixes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
